
Code check
Many FEM programs include built in code check functionality, but not all do.
If the FEM program provides code check, there is often a need for stand-alone software to perform independent arbitrary verification.
If the FEM program does not include code check functionality, stand-alone software shall be used for design and verification purposes.
There are many commercial stand-alone programs for code check.
